Common Questions

Do I need any yoga experience?

No prior yoga experience is needed. Our classes are designed to be gentle, supportive and accessible whether this is your first time on the mat or you’ve practised before.

What are the benefits of pregnancy yoga?

Pregnancy yoga can ease common aches, support better sleep, build confidence for birth and help you connect with your changing body in a calm, friendly space.

Who can join the prenatal yoga series?

The series is open to any birthing person at 14 weeks pregnant or beyond. We focus on mindful movement and breath work tailored for each participants' pregnancy stage.

If you'd like to join a series already in session or are 36+ weeks pregnant, please contact hellofriendsyoga@gmail.com for pay-as-you-go options.

Is there time to meet other participants?

Yes! Fostering community is a focus of these series. Each session includes time for friendly connection with others both at the beginning and end of our sessions.

Is there parking?

There is limited parking at Old School Hall in Durrington, we recommend parking along Church Street which is a very short walk from the venue.

How do I book and what is the pricing?

What to expect at the location?

There is a small step at the entrance of the hall, toilets and a location to refill water to make your time in yoga as comfortable as possible.
